The October Fitness Friday falls on Friday October 12th. By offering this type of monthly activity we are able to provide teaching staff with essential prep time while simultaneously providing an in-session day for students led by administration and support staff.
Students will benefit from Fitness Fridays by participating in a variety of physical activities and acquiring important environmental and cultural awareness.
Students should plan to be at their bus stops at the regularly scheduled times.
Students need to be prepared with the following items:
- non-marking indoor running shoes (to be kept at the school)
- loose-fitting athletic attire
- layered clothing (seasonal appropriate gear: ie. rain jacket, boots)
- no heat required lunch
- water bottle
- afternoon snack
